Capacity is strictly enforced: a maximum of 8 adults, with 12 total passengers including children and infants — no exceptions. It keeps everyone safe and legal on the water.

Rental policies, in plain English

Age: You must be 21+ to rent. Born on or after Jan 1, 1988? Florida law requires a boating safety certificate — there's a quick online course you can finish before you arrive.
Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for any reason, or same-day for inclement weather — no charge.
Where you can go: All of Estero Bay, the passes, beaches and the Imperial River. Venturing into the open Gulf is prohibited.
No towables or PWCs: Tubes, skis and wakeboards aren't permitted, and jet skis can't accompany rentals.
No grills on board.
Alcohol: Allowed in moderation with a refundable deposit — never for the driver. FWC and Lee County Sheriff patrol these waters.
